We want you to be happy with your Fluxation purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know.

Our Return Policy

You may return your item within 14 days of the date of delivery. You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Products should be returned with reasonable care. You may handle the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary and this results in a loss of value, you may be responsible for that diminished value where permitted by applicable law.

Return requests made after the applicable 14-day withdrawal period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send products to the return address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Shipping

For returns made under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless we have agreed to cover those costs or applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit when the customer has not used an appropriate tracked service.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the product description, please contact us before returning it. Where required by applicable law, we will cover the appropriate return costs and provide the applicable remedy.

Refunds

Once you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments we have received from you without undue delay and, where applicable, within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you and permitted by applicable law.

If you exercised your statutory EU right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option that we offered at the time of purchase. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, are not refundable.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via our Contact page before the withdrawal period expires. After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and generally within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that we informed you of this responsibility before your purchase.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this return policy.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to what was described, please contact us via our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Exceptions

Certain products or circumstances may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law. Where a legal exception applies, we will clearly communicate this before or at the time of purchase.
